The client required a complete water solution, starting from groundwater exploration to the storage and distribution of safe, sufficient water. Our team delivered a turnkey project, combining hydrogeological studies, borehole drilling, steel tank fabrication, tower construction, pump installation, and plumbing works.
This project demonstrates our ability to engineer end-to-end solutions tailored for both domestic and agricultural water security.

🛠️ Scope of Work
Hydrogeological Survey
- Conducted a scientific hydrogeological study to determine groundwater availability and the most suitable drilling location.
- Assessed aquifer depth, yield potential, and water quality indicators.
- Delivered a report that guided borehole drilling and pump sizing.

Borehole Drilling

Installation of Electric Pump

Fabrication & Installation of 42,000-Litre Steel Tank on 12-Meter Tower
- Tank Fabrication: A 42,000-litre (42m³) steel water tank fabricated with corrosion-resistant steel, internally lined for potable water storage.
- Steel Tower Construction: A 12-meter-high lattice steel tower fabricated in our workshop and erected on-site.
- Concrete Foundation: Reinforced concrete foundation constructed to anchor the tower and withstand dynamic and static loads.
- Tank Installation: The steel tank was hoisted and mounted securely on the tower.
✅ Result: Elevated storage ensuring high-pressure gravity-fed water supply.
Plumbing & Water Distribution
- Installed HDPE and galvanized piping connecting the borehole pump to the elevated tank.
- Created a distribution system for domestic use, livestock, and farm irrigation.
- Installed valves and control points for efficient water management.
✅ Result: Smooth transfer of water from borehole ➝ storage ➝ distribution, supporting multiple uses.
