🛠️ Scope of Work

• Developed custom engineering designs for diverse applications: rural communities, schools, farms, and mission compounds.
• Covered a wide capacity range, with steel tanks from 10m³ to 100m³ and steel towers from 6m to 15m high.
• Ensured compliance with international engineering standards for safety, durability, and performance.

✅ Result: Scalable designs adaptable to both humanitarian and private-sector needs.

• Fabricated 68 steel water tanks at Champion Engineering’s workshops.
• Used premium-grade steel, with advanced anti-corrosion treatments to extend lifespan in hot, humid, and flood-prone regions.
• Tank sizes were tailored to client needs:
• 10m³ – 30m³ tanks for schools, missions, and homesteads.
• 50m³ – 100m³ tanks for large farms, community projects, and construction companies.

✅ Result: Durable storage solutions built for longevity in harsh conditions.

• Installed 61 steel towers (6m to 15m high) designed for gravity-fed distribution.
• Built reinforced concrete foundations at each site, ensuring load-bearing stability and long-term resilience.
• Factored in wind loading and soil conditions, given South Sudan’s variable terrain.

• Installation executed in partnership with local staff from each organization and private client.
